Strategic Systems Planning: SDR believes that an essential ingredient for success in the implementation of systems initiatives is the development and articulation of a Strategic Systems Plan with clear goals, objectives and milestones. Where appropriate, SDR will work with the client organization to develop and implement a Strategic Systems Plan designed to meet the business requirements of the organization.

The Strategic Systems Plan will include a complete analysis and assessment of the client's technology infrastructure and physical environment (business continuity and disaster recovery). The assessment and analysis will include conclusions and recommendations, accompanied by a projection of the costs and benefits to the organization. The SDR Team will consult with the organization's management team, as well as with key systems users to ensure all parties have the same understanding and expectation of the end results of the project.

Systems Design: Once the Strategic Systems Planning phase is completed SDR will develop a Systems Design plan. This plan will ensure that the technology is deployed in a fashion that it meets the business requirements of the organization. The Systems Design will cover all aspect of the Information Technology deployed within the organization including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networks both hardware and software. The Systems Design will also ensure that the technology aligns with business requirements.
